We're flying out on Friday 24 August for Moscow, by way of Hong Kong and Frankfurt. We'll be spending four days each in Moscow, St Petersburg, Helsinki, Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius, then flying to Istanbul to begin a fifteen day small-group tour of Turkey. Then we'll stop at Singapore for a few days on the way home and arrive back on Tuesday 9 October.
This time, for the first time, we're travelling with friends - Elizabeth's old school chums Sue and Jenny and Jenny's husband Steve. All are wonderful people who echo our interests and we are really looking forward to sharing our adventure with them.
We'll do our best to do a daily blog so those who wish to can follow what we're up to. As we did last year, each time we post a blog we'll send you an email with the link.
